1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of wine unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Photo evidence of the issue may be required.
Please email info@kangaroocellars.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only processed in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your wine arrived damaged or broken.
- The product was out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
Once your return or refund request is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 15–30 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened bottles or used products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Items purchased on sale or through promotions (unless defective)
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
